Generally items in stock will be shipped the same day if your order is received by 12pm.
Should we be awaiting stock for your order, your shipment will usually be held until we can ship all items together. If any items on your order are urgent, please let us know so that part shipment can be arranged.

For orders up to 30kg, your freight cost will be calculated automatically for you during checkout.
For orders over that weight, you will be notified of your freight cost as part of your order confirmation.

New Zealand

For deliveries within New Zealand, our default carrier is Toll.

You will be provided with tracking details for your shipment, and can request SMS or email notification once your shipment is out for delivery if you need.

Urgent shipments or those required for Saturday delivery can be arranged with New Zealand Couriers on request.



International shipments can be sent via UPS, TOLL, TNT or DHL. We will use the best value option for your shipment unless you express a preference.
